The Agape Community Residency provides accommodations, food, and a like-minded creative community to creatives for 1-month stays throughout the year. You’ll have the opportunity to deeply dive into the experience of living in an intentional community with thoughtful humans, while also having your own private castle in the sky.
The cost of the residency is $1700, which includes everything you need to thrive for an entire month.*
About the room
Literally a turret, where you’ll feel like you’re sleeping in the sky
Windows facing both east and west, giving you great view of sunrise and sunset
Small balcony for getting some fresh air / planting something in the dirt
Solid wood desk / workspace with headphones and some electronics
About the house / community
Agape is a 12 bedroom 8 bathroom giant victorian with epic period detail and wallpaper
14 people and usually a dog or a cat live here at any given time, so this is not a good opportunity for someone with an allergy to animals or an aversion to interacting with other humans

Please let us know what your budget is, and we will work with you to try to find sponsorship for the remaining amount. The purpose of this residency is to create opportunities for creative people who want to experience what it’s like to live in an intentional community in San Francisco and we don’t want the cost to stop any deserving person from applying.
